Information on the processing of personal data – Link2europe


Pursuant to article 13 sections 1–2 of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union, series L, No. 119, page 1) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR,” we hereby inform you that:

The Controller of personal data shall be Link2europe with its registered office at ul. Damrota 7/2 in Opole, phone: 774414502, e-mail address:, hereinafter referred to as “Link2europe.” Data shall be processed for the purposes of conducting the recruitment procedure by “Link2europe.” Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for taking part in the recruitment procedure. I was informed that the data can be made available to Partners cooperating with “Link2europe,” i.e. Link2europe N.V, Rijksweg 10 A, 2880 Bornem, IP Techniek Uitzenden&detacheren, Tongelresestraat 254, 5613 DV Eindhoven, Holland to entities performing tasks for “Link2europe” on the basis of concluded agreements on the entrustment of data processing and to legally authorised institutions. I shall have the right to access my personal data, to rectify it, demand deletion or restriction of the processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data as well as the right to withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. My personal data shall not be subject to automated processing, including profiling as referred to in article 22 sections 1 and 4 of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The profiling method used by Link2Europe excludes automated methods and concerns only the processing of My personal data for the assessment of some of My qualities, in particular for the analysis or prediction of My qualification for a given position. Data collected during the current recruitment process shall be stored until the end of this recruitment process unless I give consent to the use of my personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, in which case my data shall be used for 2 years or until I withdraw my consent to their processing by reporting this to
